2024 Vulcan Fitness Squat Rack Reviews
When I first took a look at the rack from Vulcan Strength Training Systems I didn’t get blown away… But when I popped the trunk and took a closer look at its features I honestly got kind of impressed:
Vulcan Strength has only used high-quality steel when producing their equipment, making it a robust and super-stable construction. The stand has been coated with a cool, matte black oxide color, with a logo engraved into the frame at the base.
No products found.To keep the equipment from falling apart, Vulcan strength training systems use industrial-grade metal nuts and non-slip washers. No matter the weight you want to lift, this product will handle it.
If you want to adjust the height of the j-hooks, the squat stand is equipped with 2″ hole spacing for tons of height options. The size of the equipment is perfect if you are looking to use it at home or in your garage CrossFit set-up
This sounds good and all, but at the affordable price this rack is sold for you cannot expect a piece of premium equipment. So, what do you NOT get when buying basic training equipment for squats?
Well:
The construction has been stripped for some features as safety spotters and weight pegs to name a few. But if you are only using the gym equipment for squats this really isn’t an issue. Not at this price at least!
If you own a bench, these racks can be used for a bunch of different exercises:

- Curls
- Military Press
Although I would recommend you have a friend helping you as a spotter – especially if doing bench presses and military press.
