This product isn’t just the most affordable choice, it’s also the most versatile.
Resistance bands can be used for several different types of workouts, not just glute exercises. Like the INNSTAR bands, this product is designed to add resistance to your workout – except you aren’t restricted to the simple forward/back lateral motion.
- You can wrap the band around your knees for squats and clamshells.

The Premium Choice
If you have the extra money and floor space, I absolutely suggest investing in this product. Its 83″ x 34″ x 56″ (L x W x H) dimensions definitely make it a more imposing piece of equipment, but you can’t argue with the results.
Resistance bands are good, but this is the product you need if you’re looking to do some heavy lifting!
The GLPH1100 can support up to 1,000 pounds, so you’ll definitely be feeling the burn after playing with this bad boy! It might look like it’s limited to a leg press workout. Still, you can easily flip the script and turn it into a back squat routine (I believe that’s the implication behind the typo in “hack squat”).
The only drawback I’d have to include has to do with assembling the machine. Many users reported that the instructions were too vague or confusing and that they had to make extra trips to the hardware store to retrieve missing parts. Other users said that the only problem they had with assembly was how long it took them to set the machine up. The average user was able to assemble the GLPH1000 in around 2.5 and 5 hours.
Yeah, that’s way more than 15 minutes… But it’s worth the sweat!
